Jumping Through Hoops features an all-star cast from Brooklyn's thriving Americana music scene. The project was created by Dr. Kari Groff and draws upon her experience as a child psychiatrist, a Park Slope mom, and as a fiddler with local favorite stringband The Calamity Janes. Co-producer Kristin Andreassen is an award-winning children's songwriter and has toured the world with the celebrated old time band Uncle Earl. Guitarist and featured collaborator Chris Eldridge is a member of the Grammy-nominated group Punch Brothers.
